PRIVACY POLICY OF THE ONLINE STORE OPERATED BY MB "KAVOS CECHAS"

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the main principles and procedures for collecting, processing, and storing personal data of the client (hereinafter – you, your) and the online store (hereinafter – keramista.lt e-shop), which is part of the keramista.lt website managed by MB Kavos Cechas.

1.2. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data are determined by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.

1.3. keramista.lt e-shop adheres to the following main principles of personal data processing:

1.3.1. Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes;

1.3.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.

1.3.3. Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e., only in cases where:

1.3.3.1. the data subject gives consent, i.e., agrees to comply with the E-commerce rules;

1.3.3.2. a contract is concluded or executed, where one of the parties is the data subject;

1.3.3.3. keramista.lt e-shop is obliged to process personal data by law;

1.3.3.4. personal data needs to be processed for a legitimate interest pursued by keramista.lt e-shop or a third party to whom personal data is provided, and if the data subject's interests are not paramount.

1.3.4. Personal data is constantly updated.

1.3.5. Personal data is stored no longer than required by the specified data processing purposes.

1.3.6. Personal data is processed only by authorized employees.

1.3.7. All information about processed personal data is confidential.

1.3.8. The State Data Protection Inspectorate is notified about personal data processing in the prescribed manner.

1.4. Services of keramista.lt e-shop can be used by:

1.4.1. all capable natural persons aged 18 and over;

1.4.2. minors aged between fifteen and eighteen years only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents, or guardians, except when they independently dispose of their earnings or scholarship;

1.4.3. legal entities;

1.4.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

2. Collection, Processing, Storage of Personal Data

2.1. keramista.lt e-shop respects your right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) are collected and processed to:

2.1.1. process your orders;

2.1.2. issue financial documents;

2.1.3. resolve issues related to the supply or delivery of goods;

2.1.4. fulfill other contractual obligations.

2.2. During registration at keramista.lt e-shop, you must provide comprehensive and correct personal data.

2.3. When processing and storing your personal data, keramista.lt e-shop implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.

2.4. keramista.lt e-shop may use data not directly related to your person, i.e., data about purchased goods, for statistical purposes. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way that it does not allow the disclosure of the Client's identity or other personal data by which the person's identity could be established.

3. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

3.1. keramista.lt e-shop reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:

3.1.1. only for the purposes mentioned in point 2.1 of this document;

3.1.2. only in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Modification or Updating of Personal Data

4.1. You have the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.

5. Submission of Information or Complaints

5.1. You, by allowing your personal data to be processed, have the right to request the modification of personal data or the suspension of their processing, except for storage, when the data is processed in violation of the law.

5.2. keramista.lt e-shop, upon receiving your request regarding personal data processing, will provide you with an answer no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your request. Only written requests for personal data processing will be considered.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

6.1. keramista.lt e-shop has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by notifying this in the e-shop and by the specified email.

6.2. Additions or changes to the Privacy Policy come into force from the date of their publication, i.e., from the day they are uploaded to the e-shop system.

6.3. If you do not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, you have the right to refuse it in writing (by email keramistapalangoje@gmail.com or by regular mail), provided that you lose the right to use the e-shop services.
