The Seller reserves the right to update these rules at any time to comply with relevant changes in legal acts.
2. Return and exchange of quality goods
2.1. The Buyer has the right, without giving a reason, to withdraw from a distance contract and return quality goods within 14 days from the date of their delivery. 2.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail keramistapalangoje@gmail.com. 2.3. Return conditions:
-
The item must be unused, undamaged and have not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, protective films, etc.).

The Buyer pays the direct return shipping costs. 2.5. Refunds are made within 14 days to the same account from which the payment was made, after the item reaches the Seller.
3. Warranty and defective goods
3.1. All goods are covered by a statutory 24-month quality warranty. 3.2. If the Buyer received a defective or transport-damaged item, they must inform the Seller by e-mail no later than 48 hours from the receipt of the shipment, attaching photos clearly showing the defect and damaged packaging. 3.3. If it is determined that the item is defective due to the fault of the Seller or manufacturer, the Buyer has the right to choose:
-
Replacement of the item with a quality item;
-
Reduction of the item's price;
-
Refund. 3.4. When returning a defective item, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
4. Exceptions (Important!)
4.1. According to the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, individual orders (goods manufactured according to the Buyer's special instructions or clearly adapted to their personal needs) are not returned or exchanged, except in cases where they are defective. 4.2. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or mechanical damage resulting from improper use of the item (e.g., broken ceramics, use for unintended purposes).
5. Dispute resolution
