BABY SHOWER | A cozy gathering with friends. A celebration without rushing.

A baby shower is a cozy stop before a huge transformation. It is a time when the closest women gather to shower the expectant mother with attention and celebrate the new life together.

In the cozy "Keramista" loft, right in the heart of Palanga, I invite you to a creative ritual filled with peace, togetherness, laughter, and the touch of hands on clay.

How does it all work?

We dedicate this celebration to creativity for the expectant mother and baby. We sculpt on one chosen theme, which we agree upon with you in advance. This could be a joint set of dishes for the little one, symbolic gifts, or cozy details for the future home.

Sculpting: We work with clean and pliable white clay. This is a very calming process, perfectly suited for this occasion.

Process: This is a one-time session. We sculpt by hand, looking for soft textures, decorating with imprints or subtle underglaze paints. The most important thing here is the good emotion you put into your creations.

Atmosphere: In the studio, you will find specialty coffee, tea, sweet snacks, and a glass of non-alcoholic (or your own brought) wine. You can also take care of the treats yourselves - we will prepare aesthetic dishes and a cozy space for you to enjoy.

Result

After the workshop, your works remain under my care: they are dried, fired, glazed with clear glaze, and then go back into the kiln.

The finished creations are ready in about 3 weeks. You can pick them up at the studio together, or I can send them by mail. I will inform you personally when the works are ready.

Practical information:

Number of participants: from 5 to 10 people.

Duration: about 3 hours of creativity and togetherness.

Location: "Keramista" studio, Ganyklų g. 6, Palanga.

Photos/Videos: I take photos and videos of the moments and send the pictures and short video clips for remembrance after the event.

About me: I am Laura Vyšniauskaitė – a ceramist and creator. I believe that creativity is not a task or an obligation. My studio is a place where you can create without pressure. Slowly. At your own pace. Create the first gift for your baby that you can touch with your hands.
